Oh my Earth
What will you become when your beauty erodes to ashes?

They spoke to her through rays of gamma
Their songs found within the radiation

An erosion from within the rotten core
Falling from the sky with nothing below

Poison in the heart of my Earth
				

Amongst the waves, enclosed ‘neath the floor of an ocean bed...
(a voice that speaks inside)
…of things that were never meant to be
Amongst the flies, cloven is the foot of the one who speaks
(a darkness dwells inside)
He’ll guide us down the path of eternal night

He belongs to the depths and the bowels of the earth
He is the plague, the scum and the filth and the wretched creation of man

Amongst the dead, outreached are the hands that pray for life
(His longing to return)
Crawling from the depths
Amongst the sick, drinking from the hands and the poison they hold
(In a constant state of sopor)
Bound to the ill

Peel back the earth
A shedding of skin
Uproot and expose
All that lies within

A pale voice calls from ‘neath the grounds
The whispers in throat are like him, longing to be found

Their shadows dancing through the searing mist with gestures to ensnare the mind
The human form decays, the skin gives way, changing before my eyes

I drew closer to the mouth of fire, within a chasm of souls reside
Appearing to writhe and contort with every flicker of the flames

Peel back the earth
A shedding of skin
Uproot and expose
All that lies within

The whispers in the throat, like him, are yearning

Beneath my feet, all land engulfed inside a maze of crimson fog

Severed from all human contact and cast out below the ground
Soon they will see my long awaited return
To open their eyes to what the world has become
Grey wastelands of barren fields and acrid skies will bury any hope of remaining here
Living as we did before

Forgotten over time how I came to be

He’s ceased to be the bringer of life and now bears our impending doom
We need to reach where even clouds dare not to stray

Peer down your lenses, gaze through glass
Into your future, whatever it holds

Staring through at what’s to pass
Revering in the wonder at what dwells in thе black

Amass the minds to bring us a future
There are few amongst us
They have spoken with the skies
They have listened to the light and now they must travel there

Send them beyond the pull of the earth
The metal and their flesh will melt at the rebirth
The chosen few will arrive at the great unknown
Their lungs will empty before they blister and burn

Take them and prepare for the solar immolation
What choice do you have? Your bodies will perish for the greater cause
Entomb them in the Sunsweller and blast them into the depths of the skies
Chosen few, free us from this lingering reign of darkness

I heard rumours of how I can fix myself and play the part of the host

Tunnel through my veins
Crawling are the insects
Where the static always reigns
Gnawing through a maze of flesh and bone

Return us to the Earth

The foul movement inside
A million mouths ingesting their way to the outside
Unknown is the locus but the feeling still arises
In utter disgust as this will only lead us to an ominous end

We'll drain the Earth
The skies and the seas
Clean out the wound
Clear all repugnant tastes

To rid the mucid roots
With nothing given in return
				

In the filth laden streets
The scurrying vermin, they feed on life
Breeding the sickness inside themselves
Spreading disease to their lower lives

Their hollow eyes of yellow will dim
Sneering upon the supposed weak
An illness swells under their skin
In guise of human they're walking upon the norm

Those with the false sense of security
Drawing close on them passing by

Oh, they swarm with a volatilе greed
Upon their saviour they'll wretchеdly feed

For their acts they carry no guilt
No soul could inhabit a feed of such callous will
They are nothing but bodies of emptiness

In bile they bathe
A sickening scum
Appearing before us as man
They prey on the weak and steal their worth

A life in the grave
Ashes upon their tongues
The filth wretched up ingested by young

Oh, and the saviour did bleed
A devotion of nothing but grace
Pity the wretch
Repenting their sins with the blood of their children
With a longing to drown every life and soul in the bile they bathe in

In awe, I gazed into the mouth of this patulous void
The screaming and shrieks of our skies cracked open the earth
Towards nothing I reach, leaving behind all that I was
In admiration of the black and the bleak chance that life will survive

With no lingering thoughts of my future or past I delved inside

...thinking clearer than when I was drowning in light
To walk the skies in a state of neither flight or falling

To have freedom from the weight of our mortal demise
The waters rise and fall around

Time flew past me, drifting ‘til I found my way back home
The current I’m caught inside, such a fearsome wonder

A hero I was branded, the moment I set foot back upon this rotten earth

The reason for my return?
To capsize your world into the darkness I've seen

Take me back to a place without time
The white and black filling all the empty spaces
Let me bring your world inside the dark

Where there's no sight or sound
There is nothing there for you to dwell upon

Allow the void to take all that you are

Amongst all the decay, our lives will sink into the mire
Capsize this earth and the mucinous waste that it spawns
